The Annual Rejuvenation Consultation

In this presentation, the staff of Lickstein Plastic Surgery will share the story of how focusing on patient education across all treatment modalities and procedures the practice offers led to the development of a unique tool, which has driven both patient satisfaction and profitability: the Annual Rejuvenation Consultation (ARC). They will describe this process in detail, the roles every staff person plays in an ARC, and how what began as a marketing concept, "the Lickstein Lift," has grown into a highly sought-after brand and a best-practice model. Participants will leave with an improved understanding of how to use all the rejuvenation tools at their disposal to better meet patient needs, exceed outcome expectations, drive increased business and increase profitability.

Amy Anderson

MBA, Practice Consultant

Lickstein Plastic Surgery

Amy Anderson is one of those lucky few who found her calling at age 18 when she started to work part-time in a plastic surgeon’s office as a pre-med student. In the 20+ years since then, Amy has worn virtually every hat, from front desk receptionist, prior authorizations, billing, and accounts receivables, to management, human resources, strategic marketing, and business administration. She intimately understands what it takes to run a practice.

Amy’s career has included jobs in private practices, as well as managing a hospital-based multi-specialty group and an academic division. She is extremely sensitive to the fact that every practice is unique which is why Amy and her partner, Cheyenne Brinson, have made customization a cornerstone of BrinsonAnderson Consulting. They take their combined decades of experience and know-how and adapt best practices to each client’s unique environment and practice settings. Her passion is to coach her clients into becoming the best version of themselves. The thrill for Amy is being able to partner with her clients, identify goals and action items, and see them actually come to fruition. The end game is to work herself out of the job, setting up the client to successfully run his or her own practice.

A lifelong Midwesterner, Amy earned an M.B.A. and B.S. in General Studies from Indiana University.
