Dr. John Holbrook is the Co-Founder of Fresh Clinics. Originally from the United States, he relocated to Australia to study medicine at the University of Sydney after completing a Master’s in International Public Health. During this time, he developed a strong connection to Sydney and gained valuable experience at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, working across specialist teams including dermatology and head and neck.

It was during medical school that Dr. John Holbrook met Dr. John Delaney. Training and working side-by-side in one of Sydney’s major teaching hospitals, the two quickly discovered they shared more than just a career path, they shared a passion for people and technology. Driven by this vision, they co-founded Fresh Clinics to make the practice of medicine easier, safer, and more efficient. John is a leading expert and international KOL in Aesthetic Complication management and manages a team of Doctors who support 2,000+ med spas in their clinical safety.

Dr. Sara Hammond is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a passion for aesthetics, longevity, and wellness medicine. Originally on a surgical track, she completed advanced clinical training in head and neck surgery and plastic surgery during medical school before transitioning into internal medicine—bringing with her the procedural precision and artistic sensibility developed along the way.

A lifelong oil painter specializing in faces and figures, Dr. Sara blends medical expertise with creative expression in her aesthetic practice. With a sharp eye for balance and proportion, she delivers subtle, natural results grounded in both science and art.

Holding a Master’s in Neuroscience, she is deeply interested in the mind-body-spirit connection and views beauty as a reflection of internal wellness. Her approach integrates aesthetic care with personalized strategies in metabolic health, hormone optimization, and lifestyle medicine.

Dr. Sara has also served in leadership roles across multiple health platforms, helping to develop and expand wellness-focused medical programs. Her mission is to empower patients to look, feel, and live their best—inside and out.
