Kay Durairaj, MD, completed her surgical training at UCLA and is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Her expertise is in neurotoxins, facial injectables, and fillers and she was voted one of the top 100 injectors in the country by her peers. Jessica Cipriano, RN, is founder of the Institute for Aesthetic Excellence and an aesthetic RN and former clinical director of McKinzie Aesthetics Center. She began her career as an aesthetic nurse in 2017, providing both injectable services and laser device treatments to patients. Her love for women and for education allowed her to gain notoriety in the industry within her first year. In 2019, she assumed the role of clinical director at McKinzie Aesthetics Center in Edmond, Oklahoma. In 2022, Cipriano began training new and intermediate level injectors and aesthetic providers on best practices in aesthetic medicine, specifically focusing on neurotoxin, filler, IPL, radiofrequency microneedling, lasers, vaginal treatments and surgical skin tightening devices.
