Kristen Capo, APRN, is co-owner of Erasable Med Spa & Aesthetics Institute in Tampa, Florida. She has been an aesthetic nurse practitioner for 15 years. Traveling nationally and internationally as an aesthetics and laser trainer, Capo continues to serve as a guest speaker for numerous medical conferences as well as ongoing trainings to other providers for lasers, injectables, and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures. She takes great pride in helping her patients achieve their desired beauty goals through an ongoing relationship, knowing that each person’s perception of their beauty enhances their mental and physical well-being and overall outlook on life.

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Erin Hennessey, APRN, DNP, worked for 12 years treating trauma and burn patients in the pediatric intensive care unit, which sparked her passion for and expertise in skin recovery and repair. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. A national trainer for MedAesthetics and a luminary for Sciton, Hennessey shares her expertise and techniques all over the United States. She is an active member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, AmSpa, Sigma Theta Tau and the Dermatology Nurses Association.

Taylor Siemens, NP-C, a board-certified nurse practitioner recognized by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, is a dynamic force in the world of aesthetic medicine. As the vice president of operations at Vitalyc Medspa and the founder of My Aesthetic Training, she seamlessly marries the expertise of a practitioner of medicine with that of a multi-site business operator. Siemens's journey into aesthetic medicine commenced as an operating room nurse specializing in facial plastic surgery. Through her diverse patient interactions, Taylor has honed a profound understanding of the aging process, fueling her skillset in crafting comprehensive, multi-modality treatment solutions that align seamlessly with patients' aesthetic objectives.

Loretta Nguyen Zanetti, ARNP, is the founder and owner of Erasable Inc. Med Spa. She has eight years of aesthetic medicine experience specializing in laser and energy-based devices. She serves as a key opinion leader for Cutera and Sciton and is a speaker for numerous aesthetic medicine conferences. She has published articles on laser-based treatments in the Journal of Clinical Aesthetics and Dermatology and authored a chapter on laser tattoo removal in the Concise Textbook in Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetic Surgery. Zanetti has served 18 years in the U.S. Army as a medical officer and holds the rank of lieutenant colonel.
