States differ in their regulations that govern which health care practitioners can delegate treatments to others, along with the licenses, skills, and training of the delegatee. Who is responsible for overseeing these protocols, and do they need to be on-site, or can telecommunication aid this supervision? Join Jay E. Minton, JD, and Sam Pondrom, JD, of ByrdAdatto as they discuss the fundamentals of compliance with respect to supervision and delegation of your staff while you are treating patients.

In 2024, most small business owners, including medical spas, will have a new annual federal reporting requirement with which to comply.
In 2024, most small business owners, including medical spas, will have a new annual federal reporting requirement with which to comply. One of the provisions of the Corporate Transparency Act, which was created to combat financial crimes, requires businesses to report information on their beneficial owners to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), which is part of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. This requirement for reporting beneficial ownership information (BOI) goes into effect on January 1, 2024. In this webinar, AmSpa CEO, Alex Thiersch, JD, and AmSpa General Counsel, Patrick O'Brien, JD, will tell medical spa owners what they need to know about the law and what they'll need to do to comply with it when it goes into effect.
